Redesigning part of an established garden
Garden design features: curved dry stone walls and natural stone steps
A partial redesign for part of a large established garden incorporating existing features including two large Yew topiary trees. Sweeping curved dry stone terraced walls are reshaped to blend with an existing curved walled rill and to create a sunken level framed by a low wall that merges into the meadow beyond. Chunky stone steps lead from the lower (sunken) level to an upper level for sitting and enjoying the stunning views.
